Alumin - SL Furnace

With the aid of sound infrastructure, Electrotherm has been able to provide the customers with the premium quality of induction furnaces. The Aluminium-SL furnace is used for foundries. Available in capacities from 1 kg to 1000 kg, the Alumni-SL furnace is equipped with rigid furnace construction with aluminum side plates. These types of furnaces are ideal for relatively small ferrous and non-ferrous foundries and there are top & bottom castable refractory blocks in these furnaces.

  • Coil supports maintain inter-turn gap and enhance the Rigidity of the coil assembly.
  • Thick extruded rectangular section coils are used for higher electrical efficiency coupled with coil strength and rigidity.
