Electrotherm has been the leader in providing total solutions for steelmaking plants, has designed and developed state-of-the-art Digital technology for Solid State Frequency converters in the range of 2750KW to 36000KW. The latest in-house development of Digital Technology with Intelligent Smart controller, DTi-Smart, offers from 350KW to 2500 KW power rating.

  • Fiber optic isolation for noise-free control of inverter that provides a highly reliable and robust power supply, Average power factor (≥ 0.97).
  • Failsafe operation under short-circuit, over-voltage/under-voltage.
  • Digital control using embedded technology with active energy control algorithm for lowest energy consumption.
  • Constant output within the specified range of input voltage variation.
  • Built-in dynamic demand controller for efficient use of energy.
  • User-friendly programmable auto sintering cycle.
