Induction Billet Heater

Induction heating is a process that is used to bond, harden or soften metals or other conductive materials. For many modern manufacturing processes, induction heating offers an attractive combination of speed, consistency, and control. The forging and forming process consists of a part that has been previously heated to a temperature at which its resistance to deformation is weak. Suitable for full heating or partial small length heating. On-line monitoring of heat exchanger. Control and monitoring systems are simple and easy for the operator to understand and operate the machine effectively and efficiently. Suitable for ferrous and non-ferrous metal, suitable for warm/hot forging applications. After heating the material, the forming operation is done on different types of machines like mechanical presses, hydraulic presses, hammers, ring rolling, etc.
Billet Feeding System

Materials used for forging are in the shape of a rounded bar, square billet. The process of forging and forming is common in the manufacture of many industrial sectors such as automobile, railway, aerospace, and forging.
