Induction Bar Heater

Induction bar heaters are loaded with multiple features such as the equipment has load resonant technology, digital control-based IGBT power supply unit. They provide an input power factor of 0.99 for 0 to 100% of output power. They have a flexible modular design, single utility connection, and true temperature uniformity control. With no special foundation required, this equipment has a robust and heavy mechanism handling system. Suitable for semi-forged and unforged component heating. 

Compact and modular design, Electrotherm Multi-Zone heater can be installed very efficiently into new or existing lines. Individual add-on options include Bar charging, chain transfer table/ Ramp loader, bar separation system, entry roller table, and transfer units for downstream for forging/rolling. Due to its flexibility, the induction line can be adapted to every desired throughput.
